Lobbying on regulatory issues, both in the UK and EU, is a major focus for the BIA. Legislative and regulatory proposals such as the Clinical Trials Directive, the Tissues and Cells Directive and the Human Tissue Act all potentially have a major impact on BIA member companies. We issue a Regulatory Briefing update to brief members on the latest legislative and policy developments.
