The Senior Technical Specialist is a senior member of the Process Sciences team. The Process Sciences group develops new drug substances for a range of therapeutic areas within the global Brands R&D group. Reporting to the Associate Director, Biologics Development and working within the Process Sciences group, the Senior Technical Specialist is responsible for providing scientific expertise and scientific rigour to a variety of technical projects that creates and maintains a competitive edge for Allergan. This is achieved by establishing ‘best in class’ process platforms and development pathways that ensures high quality, high throughput and efficient process development approaches for drug substance development.
