The BIA’s People Advisory Committee (PAC) is currently being revised. The Association is looking to better represent the Skills, Talent and People issues which are applicable to our sector. PAC will evolve accordingly, it may change its name, terms of reference and encompass the skills and talent issues of the industry. This will progress from January 2018 onwards and the future of this advisory committee will be updated here.
The PAC committee originally comprisesed of HR professionals from member companies and provided a forum for sharing best practice, as well as informing BIA policy surrounding the employment and training of those working in the life sciences sector. The PAC meetings comprised a closed session for corporate members to discuss personnel issues, which is followed by an open session for all BIA members.
