DEI Workshop: Navigating the UKs immigration system for Biotech SMEs
In a Post-Brexit world, immigration is key to retaining talent in the Life Sciences industry. Join our latest virtual workshop where we will be exploring how your UK business can recruit migrant workers and retain talent in the sector. We will also be discussing what sponsorship is, how it works in practice and the consequences of non-compliance. We will cover useful tips on the practicalities of sponsorship and recruiting migrant workers.
The presentation will cover how biotech companies can bring skilled migrant workers and retain talent in the UK, the challenges of sponsorship and what the sponsorship process looks like. We will be giving ‘Top 5 tips for you to takeaway’ when considering sponsoring migrant workers. Furthermore, highlight the consequences if the business is not sponsor compliant. We will also have a guest speaker in the biotech industry to talk about their experience of going through sponsorship. This presentation is for anyone who wishes to learn about sponsorship and would like an insight into what sponsoring migrant workers looks out for the life sciences sector.
