2023 ScaleUp Business Survey

Scaling businesses such as yours play a key role in the UK's economy. It is vital that your voices are heard and the barriers that hold back your business's continued growth are removed. So we invite you to participate in the ScaleUp Institute's 2023 Annual Scaleup Survey.

The ScaleUp Institute works to make the UK the best place in the world for a business to scale up and grow and our Annual Scaleup Survey provides important data and evidence to help us ensure that you receive the support you need to maintain, achieve and exceed your growth aspirations.

Each year, hundreds of scaling businesses participate in this survey. The findings inform and shape the support that the private and public sectors can offer to help your business continue to scale. To date, the insights from our Annual Survey have informed the Scaleup Visa; the Future Fund Breakthrough; the reforms to unlock institutional capital; the new Innovation and Export Strategies; and expansion of government policies such as the Regional Funds, as well as agencies such as Innovate UK.

There is much more that needs to be done. In this year's survey, we are seeking to understand the current barriers to your future growth and what you believe could make a real and impactful difference.

The survey should take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete.
