An opportunity to explore practical solutions to resolve problems with accessing health data and learning about the bioinformatics tools and resources available to help you analyse these data in the context of your in-house and other publicly available data. You will be presented with use cases to help you discover how to access, integrate and analyse data using data resources and solutions provided by EMBL-EBI, MDC (Medicines Discovery Catapult), HDRUK (Health Data Research UK), GEL (Genomics England Limited), NHS Digital, ELIXIR UK, ADDI (Alzheimer's Disease Data Initiative) and UK Biobank. You will also learn about how to combine data from different resources using solutions such as Trusted Research Environments (TREs).

The day will end with opportunities for private discussions with Medicines Discovery Catapult and EMBL-EBI to find out if we can help with your specific needs and explore options for collaboration. Event speakers who can stay may also be available for follow-on discussions.

After the event, presentations will be freely shared on the dedicated EMBL-EBI website for your future
reference.

Price: The £15.00 registration fee includes the full agenda, refreshments, lunch and optional 1:1 sessions with EMBL-EBI and MDC.
