National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) are looking for developers and adopters of artificial intelligence (AI) in health and care and some data-driven technologies to help shape the development of an advice service.

The service will offer information and guidance on legal and ethical use of data, regulation and health technology assessment (HTA). The project is commissioned by the NHSx AI Lab, and is a collaboration between four national bodies. We are looking for participants for our user research.

User research activities will all be conducted remotely and may include:

Contextual interviews - asking you questions about your experiences developing or bringing AI and data-driven tech to market in England, or adopting these technologies as a health and care provider.
Task-based interviews - using your web browser to look at links we send you and give feedback using an app/browser plug-in to record feedback in your own time.

We want to make sure we capture a broad range of perspectives from all our potential audience groups in our user research, so that the service is inclusive and useful for everyone.  We also want to ensure we invite you to the most appropriate sessions, we are therefore collecting some personal information on accessibility needs and protected characteristics at the end of the survey, and responding to these questions is optional
