Business Development and Sales Manager

The Business Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for business development and partnership management activities - from lead generation, through scientific proposal, to deal close and the subsequent technical liaison between Arctoris’ globally distributed biotech/pharmaceutical clients and the core scientific team at its Oxford Headquarters. The role demands a depth of commercial understanding and evidenced sales abilities, as well as impeccable organisation and professional communication. The role is specialised towards biochemical-based drug discovery projects (Hit ID, Hit Validation, Hit-to-Lead, Lead Optimisation and Safety Assessment) and therefore fluency in screening, profiling and mechanistic/molecular pharmacology is strongly desirable.
