The Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for business development and partnership management activities - from lead generation, through scientific proposal, to deal close and the subsequent technical liaison between Arctoris’ globally distributed biotech/pharmaceutical clients and the core scientific team at its Oxford Headquarters. The role demands a depth of commercial understanding and evidenced sales abilities, as well as impeccable organisation and professional communication. The role is specialised towards biochemical-based drug discovery projects. Fluency in screening, profiling and mechanistic/molecular pharmacology is strongly desirable. The Senior Partnerships Manager will report to the Head of Partnerships and will work closely with the CEO and CCO in the business development and strategy functions.
