The role will be heavily involved in all aspects of customer analysis, costings and forecasting and be instrumental in developing systems, processes, and reports. Cost proposals Support the Contracts Manager to keep a track of tenders Work with the Marketing Consultant and CFO to develop the CRM system, managing prospects and building a sales pipeline Support the management team in forecasting existing contracts Forecast sales/activity Design and develop reports on sales & gross margin Build detailed project plans per annex of work Project progress reports Analysing expenditure Regular cost reviews post completion Ensure appropriate accounting treatment/adjustments are made to accurately reflect revenue, gross margin and profit in any given period Support the CFO in developing the monthly management report Timesheet management Capacity management Invoicing Calculating appropriate cost and charge rates and developing recharge mechanisms
