Data is central to our success at Healx. Our data pipelines and platform ingest, model, and serve large volumes of rich and complex biological data onwards to our human specialists and our AI systems. This data is critical in enabling us to develop new rare disease treatments. Over the next year, we will be consolidating and growing our systems, broadening our approach to very large lab-generated datasets, and working at a greater and greater scale. 

We are looking for an Associate Director of Data, to help us continue to rapidly expand and enhance our data platform and data engineering capability. Managing and drawing on the expertise of a team of 4-8 experienced data professionals (with the overall team size expected to double this year), and reporting to the VP of Data, you will be responsible for planning and delivery against company goals in a fast-changing environment.
