T-Cypher Bio is seeking a highly motivated Cell & Molecular Biologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting experiments related to building our TCR-therapeutic pipeline.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of cell biology & molecular biology techniques, hands-on experience executing experiments, and be familiar with standard molecular biology software and databases.

Key responsibilities include: Execute molecular biology experiments, including DNA/RNA isolation, cloning, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, and sequencing; Isolate primary T cells from blood and tissue; Deliver and assess the potency of T cell receptors in cell-based assays.
