The Milner Therapeutics Institute is looking for a motivated Administrative & Personal Assistant. This varied and interesting role offers opportunities to develop secretarial, administrative & Human Resources (HR) skills. The successful candidate will join a friendly team based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, in an institute that provides a unique working environment. The Administrative & Personal Assistant will assist the Business Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of collaborative research activities and will provide PA support to the Executive Director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and ordering refreshments. Applicants are required to have previous administration experience. The successful candidate will have good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to deal appropriately with a wide range of people.
