Aseptic transfer made simple - BioPharma Dynamics appointed UK distribution partner for CRL’s isolator transfer systems

BioPharma Dynamics are pleased to enhance their product offering to include the market-leading range of isolation transfer technology from Central Research Laboratories (CRL).

As a leading solutions provider to the UK’s life sciences and pharmaceutical industry, BioPharma Dynamics are proud to announce a new partnership with Central Research Laboratories (CRL), as distributor of their expert line of products that aid the transfer of components into isolation.

Benefitting from a wide variety of options to suit your process, the isolator transfer systems consist of two main components, the Alpha assembly and the Beta assembly. When the two assemblies are mated, sterile materials can be rapidly transferred in and out of isolation, while maintaining the sterility and safety of the product and/or operators.

The Alpha assembly provides a clean rapid transfer port for repeatable transfers without breaking containment - available with Polypropylene door, Stainless Steel door or Liquid Transfer door – compatible with a variety of Beta assemblies to suit a wide range of applications.

Fulfilling customer needs for contamination-free transfer of sterile components into isolation. CRL’s range of disposable Single-Use Beta Bags offer a safe, efficient, and cost-effective solution for aseptic transfer, which is not only compatible with CRL Alpha Ports but with other industry standard Alpha port models, providing complete flexibility in process design.

Manufactured in a Class 7 Cleanroom, using Tyvek® and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bag layers, the single-use beta bags are available in autoclavable and gamma-sterilizable versions. Whilst bag customization is also available to meet component, processing, and production parameters.

With a legacy of over 70 years of experience, CRL have developed a full line of remote handling and containment solutions used in many Life Science applications around the world. Well-known for its expertise in sterile barrier transfer, CRL has become a leading producer and supplier of Rapid Transfer Ports (RTP).
