BIA submission to the HMT R&D tax reliefs review report

The BIA has responded to the HM Treasury call for views on the R&D tax reliefs review report. 

In our response, we raised concerns that proposals to limit R&D tax reliefs claims to activity that takes place in the UK would be detrimental to the sector due to the necessity to conduct R&D overseas.
