In 2018, Alex joined the management team of EMMAC Life Sciences as Head of Wellness (Consumer Goods Division).
Through securing key private label partnerships with international retailers such as WBA and leading the business through the regulatory pathway for Novel Foods as well as steering a portfolio of brands, Alex helped grow the business which later sold to CuraLeaf in March 2021.

Prithvi Kodialbail, Head of Partnerships at Extracellular, brings over 14 years of experience in development and bio-manufacturing including cell-based technologies for food, cosmetics, nutraceuticals & therapeutics.
She serves as an advisor for NFX (Novel Foods Advisory UK), collaborating closely with the Advisory Committee on Novel Foods and Processes (ACNFP) and the Food Standards Agency (FSA). Prithvi is actively engaged with global regulatory agencies, as well as key industry bodies such as EFfCI and BBIA.
Previously, she led process engineering teams at Shiok Meats, led upstream and downstream process teams at Akamis Bio and collaborated on viral vaccine projects with Bristol Myers Squibb.

During his 8 years at RSSL, Daniele has leveraged his scientific expertise to enhance clients’ understanding of ingredients and processes. He plays a crucial role in evaluating the regulatory and technical feasibility of novel technologies, advising clients on the scientific requirements for novel food regulatory dossiers, and ultimately, bridging the gap between innovation and regulatory compliance.
