INDICRO Ltd is a small, growing startup transforming outsourcing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sector through expert collaboration. Our digital platform connects start-up and small companies with highly skilled freelancers, consultants, and niche service providers, helping bring innovative medical products to market faster.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of digital communication, data organisation, and creative social media work. You’ll play a key role in helping INDICRO build and engage its online community, maintain strong records in HubSpot, and support general business admin tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • CRM & HubSpot (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Maintain and update contact records in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and GDPR compliance
  • Create and manage email campaigns and automated workflows (e.g. onboarding, newsletters, follow-ups)
  • Track and report engagement metrics (opens, clicks, responses) to guide communication strategy
  • Segment contact lists for tailored outreach to life science companies, experts, and service providers
  • Support lead management and assist with reporting on CRM activity and campaign outcomes

Social media & LinkedIn engagement

  • Schedule, post, and monitor content on INDICRO’s LinkedIn and other social channels
  • Engage with relevant communities by liking, commenting, and sharing industry news and member content
  • Grow INDICRO’s follower base through consistent, brand-aligned activity
  • Support the promotion of platform members (e.g. freelancers, service providers) through spotlight posts and content shares

Skills & experience:

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems (essential)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media content management (essential)
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Comfortable with light graphic creation (e.g. Canva) or coordinating visuals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Share Point)
