About MORF-Bio
MORF offers a web-based platform for multi-scale fermentation and multi-omics data visualisation. Built by biologists, for biologists, MORF enables researchers without coding skills to interrogate big data with ease. Omics data is linked to an annotated genome to deliver biological insights from expression analysis, while fermentation data can be viewed across different scales, from the lab, to CMO, through an interactive display. As well as processing data for display through the browser, the MORF team can advise on experimental design, evaluate data and provide journal-ready graphics. MORF sets a new standard for intuitive, dynamic and secure data visualisation, simplifying data sharing and driving innovation and efficiencies in biomanufacturing.
