Geometric Deep Learning for Protein-Protein Interaction Matching (Puffin): Identifies novel molecular glue binding opportunities across previously undruggable targets. This enables effector protein selection and rational, structure-based drug discovery, eliminating slow and expensive target deconvolution work.
