Are you a working parent early in your career who wants to progress without sacrificing family life? The Future Leaders Plus programme supports ambitious parents with young children in the early stages of their career to take the next step into leadership.
Delivered over a 3-month period, the programme is structured with flexibility in mind. It includes:
- Expert-led development sessions designed to challenge thinking
- A blend of in-person and pre-recorded content, enabling self-paced learning
- Regular online check-ins for reflection and connection
- Group coaching focused on progression, confidence, and work-life integration
- A cross-sector network of working parents
- Fresh Perspectives sessions with senior leader mentors
- Practical tools to set boundaries, seek out opportunities, and build professional visibility
