As one of the newest members of BIA, we sat down with Natasha Gray, Associate & Life Sciences Advisory Service Lead, to find out how Warn is helping biotech companies unlock their full potential - and why they’re proud to call Victoria House in London’s Knowledge Quarter their new home.

Tell us about your company and ambitions

At Warn, we help life sciences companies unlock their full potential – through transformation, insight, and a deep understanding of what it takes to scale. Warn’s growing team (currently 45 consultants) covers end-to-end business transformation, with specialist services within:

  • Design (business case, organization design, operating model, process design)
  • Change (change vision & leadership, change management, communications, learning),
  • Delivery (portfolio, PMO, program, project)
  • Enablement (data analysis & visualization, AI & automation. digital platform enablement, human productivity)

We offer a Life Sciences Advisory service designed specifically for biotech companies, providing flexible, on-demand access to a panel of industry experts. Whether preparing for a funding round, navigating complex clinical and commercial decisions or figuring out how to build a thriving culture, Warn brings deep industry insight to help companies move forward with confidence. Engagements are tailored to each company’s needs and could be anything from a focused workshop to a fractional advisory role over a longer period.

What is something your company is proud of?

A key difference between Warn and other companies is the support offered to our colleagues. This helps colleagues to be continuously developing and progressing, reaching their potential and delivering high quality work. We believe our colleague support model (described in the visual below) helps us attract and retain the best talent and deliver the highest quality work to our clients.

What’s one of your biggest priorities at the moment?

We are currently busy settling into our new home in Victoria House in London’s Knowledge Quarter, one of the UK’s most dynamic life sciences hubs. Not only is this an amazing space to work in but its really inspiring for us to be co-located with Biotech companies who are working on cutting edge science. We are excited to see how they all progress and hopefully we can share in some of their successes by proxy!

What was your motivation behind joining the BIA?

We are very excited to be joining the BIA and proud to be part of such an important community. Joining presents a great opportunity for colleagues to learn and develop – both through the BIA events and from getting closer to the work that members are doing. We’re committed to supporting the BIA’s 2035 Vision and looking forward to partnering with its members as they innovate, build thriving teams and scale towards commercial success. Last but not least, the BIA are our neighbours in Victoria House and so we are really looking forward to getting to know the whole team over time.

What excites you about the UK life sciences sector?

I have spent my whole career working in life sciences, most recently 15 years at GSK. I have always felt most inspired when working closely with scientists to figure out how their amazing discoveries could one day become medicines that make a real difference to patients. I truly believe that the UK has world class scientists across academia and industry and its an honour to partner with them to navigate challenges and ultimately bring commercially successful medicines to market.
