Engineering Biology Innovation Network Launch

Launching online on 19 June, 10:00-12:00 BST, the Innovate UK Engineering Biology Innovation Network will connect innovators, researchers, end-users and investors to unlock the full potential of engineering biology.

EngBio is a key priority for the UK government. The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) has identified EngBio as one of five critical technologies in which the UK is well positioned to lead globally.

The UK has a strong research base suitable for translation into commercial applications. The EngBio Innovation Network will help organisations commercialise EngBio technologies for integration and deployment in key markets including health, agriculture and food, and synthetic biology tools.
