Women in Biotech mentoring

Applications for the Women in Biotech mentoring programme are now open!

We accept mentees from BIA member companies only. You are invited to nominate one mentee from your organisation to take part in the programme. If you are interested in applying for the programme as a mentee, please contact your BIA primary contact for consideration.

Member and non-member companies are welcome to put forward multiple mentors for the programme. 

The BIA mentoring programme will run for a maximum of 12 months from January 2026 until December 2026. If you cannot commit time to the programme during this period, please do not apply. We expect the first meeting with your mentor/mentee to take place in January 2026.

Deadline to apply is 5 October 2025. We reserve the right to close applications early if we receive a high volume.
