The theme of this year’s conference is BioSolutions for Tomorrow’s World, and we’ll be looking at biotech’s role in creating everyday items - from cosmetics to concrete - using biology, the factors influencing the adoption of alternative proteins, and water and its role in a healthy planet. We’ll showcase case studies from the various UK Launchpad programmes, and start up pitches in our new BioFactor pitching session. We’ll also explore the future in Biotech 2100. Workshops will offer useful know-how and insights, as well as the opportunity to contribute to specific discussions on key topics of the day.
