Start-up Festival returns in May 2027!
Now in its seventh year, Start-up Festival brings together some of the most promising emerging companies in the life sciences sector for a day of connection, collaboration and shared ambition.
Bringing founders, investors, advisers and industry leaders under one roof, the event creates valuable opportunities to build relationships, share experiences, and grow professional networks.
Designed specifically for early-stage companies, the event will feature expert-led sessions, practical insights and real-world experiences from founders, investors and industry leaders. Whether you're looking to deepen your knowledge, gain fresh perspectives or tackle common business challenges, you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn from both peers and established experts.
Please note: Start-up Festival is intended for the leadership of early-stage companies* to learn from each other and from invited thought leaders in the sector.
In order to ensure a critical mass of start-up entrepreneurs, we are limiting numbers of service providers, beyond those sponsoring and supporting the event.
*We define emerging companies as those in the early stages of developing therapeutics, diagnostics or biological platforms. We don't include consultants, trainers and other service providers in this category, even if they are at an early stage.
An excellent event for anyone involved in a start-up company, with great networking opportunities and a chance to gain valuable insights from industry experts.
The event was thoughtfully curated, and the diverse range of speakers brought different perspectives to each discussion. The conversations throughout the day were engaging and insightful. I especially enjoyed the expert roundtables - they were informative and offered a more meaningful way to connect.
The sessions provided practical insights, the networking opportunities were excellent, and the sense of community and mutual support among founders was genuinely encouraging. I would highly recommend the event to anyone moving into the biotech start-up space.
