AlphaVectors Biotech is an Imperial College London spin-out developing next-generation lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery technologies for RNA therapeutics, with platforms that improve delivery efficiency and room-temperature stability to widen global access to advanced medicines.
We are seeking an exceptional Founder's Associate & Operations Lead to work directly with the CEO during a critical growth phase. This part-time role (2 days per week initially) combines operations, fundraising support, project management and business development. You will manage the investor pipeline and data room, coordinate due diligence, track strategic projects, and work closely with investors, board members, scientific advisors and pharmaceutical partners. You will also act as interim operational lead during a planned period of CEO leave.
We are looking for 3 to 7 years' experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, operations, tech transfer or similar environments. A scientific background is preferred but not essential. Share options of around 0.20 to 0.25% are anticipated, with a clear path towards a senior role (e.g. Chief of Staff, Head of Operations or a COO-track role) as the company grows.
