Coulter Partners conducts successful CFO search for Tristel plc

London, UK - 23 October 2025 – Coulter Partners, the global expert building leadership teams for Health, Science and Technology innovation businesses, successfully completed a search assignment for Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL) and is pleased to announce the placement of Anna Wasyl as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Tristel plc is a global infection prevention company focused on the manufacture and supply of products using its unique proprietary chlorine dioxide (ClO2) chemistry.

Anna Wasyl is a seasoned CFO with 20+ years of experience in multinational organisations, specialising in medical devices, robotics, and industrial automation. She has led high-performing teams, managed operations with revenues up to $1 billion, and raised over $200 million in capital.
