MORF-Bio Webinar - How Superbugs Escape: Comparative Genomics of ESKAPE Pathogens with MORF

MORF-Bio is hosting a live webinar on the comparative genomics of the ESKAPE pathogens, the six bacteria behind most hospital-acquired infections and a central challenge in antimicrobial resistance.

Using the MORF Genomes platform, MORF-Bio compared the genomes of all six pathogens to show what they share, what makes each one distinct, and where the genes behind resistance sit. The session walks through these comparisons and shows how the same analysis can be run without coding or a dedicated bioinformatician.

The webinar is presented by Professor Gavin Thomas, CSO at MORF-Bio. It is suitable for researchers, industrial microbiologists, and anyone working with microbial sequence data.
