The BioIndustry Association (BIA) is excited to be heading to Boston this June for the BIO International Convention 2025 – one of the world’s largest and most influential gatherings in the life sciences calendar.

Championing UK life sciences on a global platform

Throughout the week, BIA will be championing the UK’s vibrant and innovative life sciences and biotech sector. From biotech pioneers to global investors, BIO brings together over 20,000 of the brightest minds, in addition to the boldest companies. We’re proud to showcase what makes the UK – and especially London – a global powerhouse for biotech innovation.

With over 2,400 life sciences companies, world-leading research institutions, and outstanding access to capital, London continues to attract ambitious biotech ventures and international partnerships. We’re delighted to use BIO’s global platform to shine a light on what’s happening across the UK life sciences ecosystem.

Look for the Union Jack

The BIA team – Steve Bates (CEO, BIA), Natalie Garrett (Associate Director, Membership and Business Development), and Alina O’Keeffe (Associate Director, Marketing and Communications) – will be on the ground at BIO in Boston, spending time at the UK Pavilion (stand 765) and across the Convention floor.
