In addition to this strategic leadership expansion, the firm further refined the structure of its Senior Leadership team, with Joe Coulter assuming a new role as Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Charlotte James being promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Oxford Nanopore Technologies has appointed Francis Van Parys as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Francis will join the Company and the Board as an Executive Director on 2 March 2026.
