Oxford Medical Products appoints Craig Marshall as Independent Non-Executive Director

Oxford Medical Products (OMP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Marshall, former CEO of OrganOx, as an Independent Non-Executive Director to its Board.

Craig brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across advanced engineering, medical technology, and healthcare innovation. Most recently, he served as CEO of OrganOx, an Oxford University spin-out developing organ preservation technology. Under his leadership, OrganOx successfully commercialised its technology internationally, culminating in its acquisition by Terumo Corporation in a landmark $1.5 billion transaction in October 2025.

Prior to OrganOx, Craig served as Managing Director of Siemens Magnet Technology, an award-winning business responsible for the development and manufacture of magnet systems for MRI scanners. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Oxford Instruments, Amersham plc, and GE Healthcare.

Nick Edwards, Chairman, Oxford Medical Products, said:

We are very pleased to welcome Craig to the OMP Board. When Craig joined OrganOx, the company was at a similar stage of development and scale to OMP today. His combination of leadership experience, engineering expertise, and manufacturing knowledge will provide valuable support as OMP continues to execute its strategy and deliver transformational weight loss solutions to our end users and create value for our shareholders.

Craig Marshall, Independent Non-Executive Director, Oxford Medical Products, said:

I am thrilled to have joined the Board of Oxford Medical Products. I passionately believe in both the technology and the team that Dr Camilla Easter leads so impressively. In my experience these are the two most critical elements to building a successful healthcare business.
