UKHSA commercial strategy industry launch

The UK Health Security Agency’s (HSA) five-year Commercial Strategy was published. It sets out the innovative commercial and operational practice and partnerships that will enable UKHSA to deliver its mission to prepare for, prevent and respond to health threats, save lives and protect livelihoods.

The strategy draws on the best practice in government and industry and has been developed collaboratively with industry partners, addressing experiences of working with UKHSA since our creation just over two years ago. It sets out how UKHSA will use its procurement, strategic management of relationships with industry and expertise in operations, business development and supply chain management to help us deliver better and more equal health outcomes.
