As a Field Application Scientist, you will use your expertise to help our customers implement our cell counting solutions in their workflow. You will engage with scientists at customer sites (or remotely) to conduct instrument trials, identify sales opportunities, provide technical support and be their scientific guide on our instruments. You will be part of our UK & Ireland team and collaborate with a team of Field Application Scientists in the UK and the Sales team at HQ in Denmark. You will be reporting to our Lead Application Scientist for UK & Ireland. Key responsibilities: Plan and conduct product demonstration, installation and customer training Provide technical support for customers via remote or onsite troubleshooting Identify new sales opportunities at customer sites Identify key customer segments and develop strategies to increase reach and revenue
