This is a new senior leadership position that will be central to the delivery of our 2020-2030 Strategy. We know that to make a difference to people affected by kidney disease we need to put kidney disease firmly on the UK’s health policy agenda. We need to systematically build evidence and develop solutions in key priority areas, then campaign effectively for their implementation. You will be an experienced policy and external affairs professional, excited by the opportunity to build and lead a new policy and campaigning function that will change outcomes for people with kidney disease. A strategic thinker, with the ability to communicate a clear vision for our policy and campaigning work; helping others navigate a steady path through complexity; a natural partnership builder who leads by bringing the best people together to deliver a common goal, working within Kidney Research UK and with the many individuals and organisations that share our cause.
