T-Cypher Bio is a biotech company building a pipeline of novel, T-cell receptor (TCR)-based therapeutics. We are seeking a highly motivated T Cell Biology Senior Scientist to help build our TCR discovery engine and early pre-clinical pipeline. 

To be successful you will need

• PhD in Cancer Biology or Immunology, or a related discipline and three years’ experience in biotech/pharma or academia 
• Experience working with TCR or CAR-therapeutics
• Ability to design and conduct experiments in support of objectives
• Experience of cell culture & immune cell assays – eg. PBMC isolation, primary immune cell culture, multi-panel flow cytometry, cell sorting, apoptosis & cytokine release assays, T cell specificity assays
• Experience working with patient tumour samples is desirable
• Ability to adapt to multiple roles in a matrixed, fast-paced and evolving company
• Enjoy working towards challenging goals in a fast-moving environment
