Nagoya Protocol presentation slides

The Nagoya Protocol is a legally binding international agreement which aims to promote the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of the utilisation of genetic resources. Any organisation conducting R&D on non-human genetic resources could be covered by the Protocol and related legislation.
