Fieldfisher cements itself as leader in Life Sciences with new senior hire
European law firm Fieldfisher is delighted to announce the appointment of Janita Good as the new head of its Life Sciences practice. This move further strengthens the firm's already strong reputation in advising clients on transactions, disputes and regulatory proceedings for a diverse range of organisations in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Janita joined on 2 December from Osborne Clarke, where she led their UK life sciences and healthcare group.
Excelling at Osborne Clarke for over 14 years and having a DPhil. in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford, Janita brings with her a wealth of expertise and subject knowledge. She advises clients on a variety of corporate deals, such as M&A transactions, ventures investments and joint ventures all in the life sciences sector. Janita is also well-experienced in transactional intellectual property.
